MULTILIVING
Three flats of this type are provided with a two-room apartment consisting of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom, and two double bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms.
DOUBLE ROOM
Four double bedrooms with bathroom, no kitchen, equipped with a minibar.
ADDITIONAL BEDS
There are no extra beds in the rooms and flats, please contact reception for requirements.
CLEANING
For weekly stays there is an initial cleaning and a final cleaning of the flats.
For monthly stays there is a weekly emptying of dustbins, plus a complete change and cleaning of the entire flat once a week. Extra changes and cleaning are available on request, at an extra charge, to be agreed with reception.
CONDITIONS FOR CHILDREN
Children are welcome at Ah Villaglori, children up to three years of age stay free of charge in our accommodation and there is no cot for them, it is possible to reserve a cot for €10 per night. Children from three years of age are included in our price list as ‘adults’ for whom there is a bed and towels.
NO SMOKING
All flat rooms are non-smoking.
ANIMALS
We love animals and small and medium-sized animals not exceeding 25kg are always welcome, subject to prior notification at the time of booking. The guest accepts and subscribes to the animal regulations that will be provided at the time of booking. For our 4-legged friends there is an extra charge of €70 per month for monthly stays / €25 per week for weekly stays: we will provide bowls for water and food, a blanket and a small gift on arrival.

PAYMENTS:
For daily and weekly stays:
Full charge on the day of check-in to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
For monthly stays:
Payment by bank transfer or charge of the full monthly amount to the credit card provided at the time of booking, 15 calendar days before the day of arrival.

GUARANTEE CARD: We ask for a valid credit card number with expiry date to guarantee the reservation.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: For monthly stays, a security deposit of 500€ is required upon check in, which will be returned at the end of the stay after checking the integrity of the flat.
CREDIT CARDS: All bookings must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. The property may pre-authorise 0.01€ to verify your card, if the credit card is not valid the property may cancel the reservation.
GROUPS AND EVENTS: For a limited number of people we can accommodate curated experiences, small groups or targeted business meetings.
GIFT COUPON: It is possible to request a coupon for a stay as a gift, which may have different conditions such as period, type of room, type of product, total amount of euro. Each coupon has a redemption code with an expiry date, after which date it will no longer be considered valid.

MINIMUM STAY/PRICES: Different minimum stay policies and prices may apply throughout the year.
CANCELLATION POLICY
FLEXIBLE RATE:
Free cancellation up to the seventh day before arrival for daily stays, from the sixth day onwards 50% of the stay will be charged.
Free cancellation up to the fifteenth day before arrival for monthly and weekly stays, from the sixth day onwards 100% of the stay will be charged.
N.B: for cancellation charges, the amount will be debited from the credit card guarantee provided at the time of booking.

How far is the hotel from the centre of Brescia? The hotel is 2.6km from the centre of Brescia.
How do I get there? The hotel is 2.7km from the Central Train Station, you can reach us from there by taxi or public transport. The city of Brescia also has a system of underground stations, information at reception.
Can I reserve a private car park? A limited number of parking spaces reserved for the structure are available within the car park of the complex, reservation is required with car number plate.
Wi-Fi? It is available throughout the hotel, you will find the password in your flat.
Do you have a laundry room available for guests? Laundry with washing machines and dryers are available on the first floor. Washing powder is available at reception for a fee.
Can I invite people to greet me in my flat? Of course, but they must register at reception. Your safety is always our top priority!
How does self check-in take place? After sending the documents of the components to our whatsapp number +39 351 623 13 77, we will provide you with a code number to enter the facility and inform you of your flat number. You will find the magnetic card for running electricity, cooling/heating and for entering/exiting already inserted in the slot on the wall at the entrance to your flat. Please remember not to leave the card inside the apartment as it is needed to open all the entrance doors, and as a precaution not to leave it near telephones or electronic equipment.
Can I add days to my reservation? Ask at reception, depending on availability they will try to help you extend your stay!
Do you have a cot and baby chair available? Ask at reception and they will be prepared in the flat.
I don’t want to wash my clothes, can I have them taken to the laundry? You will find at your disposal laundry container in the wardrobe and a form to fill out, hand it in at reception or tell us to collect it, and we will have your clean clothes ready in the flat within 48h.
Fresh flower service? Fresh flowers tailored to your needs will be delivered, ask at reception.
